Not only that, but Tong also offers the choice of square or hexagonal steel sizing screens to suit the crop you are handling; hexagonal screens are designed to offer better accuracy when sizing onions, due to their shape.
 
ROBUST & RELIABLE SCREEN SIZING With sizing capabilities ranging from 10 to 100 tons per hour, Tong’s EasyGrade screen modules are built with robust construction, high performance and minimal maintenance in mind. The EasyGrade screen sizer is available in single, twin or triple configurations, as stand-alone sizing modules, or alternatively designed as part of a complete potato, onion and vegetable sizing system.
 
EasyGrade screen sizing modules are manufactured in widths of 2 ft., 3 ft., 3 ¾ ft., 5 ft., 5 ¾ ft., 6 ½ ft., 7 ¾ ft wide as standard. They are also available in extended or super-extended models, offering a longer sizing band, which makes the screen sizer more suitable for handling high volumes of crop.
